Shipping Policy

At ThreadBent, when shipping your order, we understand the importance of timely deliveries. That’s why we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

Our primary shipping services are UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Both are “ground” services that take 5-7 business days to ship from our studio in Tennessee to anywhere in the United States.

We will provide you with tracking information as soon as it becomes available so that you can monitor the shipment of your package.

Understanding Delivery Timeframes

When it comes to delivery time, there are two factors to consider. The first is “availability”, which can be found on each product’s details page. This will tell you how long it takes for an item to be prepared for shipment. Although we do our best to get your order out as soon as possible, please keep in mind that the availability timeframe is only an estimate. Some items will ship within 24 hours, while others may take several weeks, especially custom products.

The second factor is shipping speed. You can upgrade your shipping to receive your order more quickly. For example, 3 Day shipping will take three business days, while 2nd Day Air will arrive in two business days. Additionally, there are several options for Overnight delivery based on the time of day that you would like to receive your order.

It’s important to note that delivery time is calculated based on “business” days. If you place an order on a Sunday or holiday, we won’t be able to ship your item until the following business day when the shippers are open.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Please take note that shipping companies will only consider a shipment as lost ten days AFTER the expected delivery date. As a result, we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays once the item has shipped from our facility.

Furthermore, it is your responsibility to provide us with accurate shipping information. Although some shipping companies can still deliver the package despite inaccurate information, there will be a delay. In some cases, the package will be returned to us. For this reason, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect shipping details.

Lastly, please be aware that unforeseen factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, may cause shipping delays.

Free Shipping Offers

If your order totals more than $100, you qualify for Free Shipping. We ship using USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Delivery, which typically takes 5-7 days for cross-country delivery. This promotion applies to domestic shipments within the continental United States only. For upgraded shipping, please send us a message.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Exchanges and Returns

We are pleased to offer exchanges for most items. To begin the exchange process, simply contact us within three days of delivery and ship the item back within seven days of delivery.

For non-customized items, we offer a seven-day return policy. This means that you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us if you experience any issues with your order.

To qualify for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as when received, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Conditions of Approved Returns

To initiate a return, send us an email at The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer assumes responsibility for any loss in value. After our team inspects your item(s) for quality, a refund will be issued.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

Please note that due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns will only be accepted in cases of damage or defects. Additionally, Final Sale items, Digital Patterns, and Gift Cards are ineligible for returns.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, we accept cancellations within three days of placing it, provided it has yet to be shipped. For further assistance, please email us at, and we’ll gladly assist you.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item for quality and issue a refund.
